Your Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development through play and activities
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and positive environment
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assisting with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and outdoor play
• Following safeguarding and nursery policies at all times

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (preferred but not essential depending on role)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
• Previous nursery or childcare experience is desirable
