This home-based role is ideal for candidates from:

The successful property consultant will manage property cases, liaise with solicitors and estate agents, update systems, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the property transaction process.
Duties Include:
- Managing residential property cases
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and estate agents
- Handling calls and emails
- Updating internal systems
- Maintaining accurate records
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Working within service level agreements
Requirements:
- Previous property industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
